Visitor registrations

When you submit the visitor form, the site stores your name, address, phone number, email address, company, title, requested visitor date, optional notes, and the time consent was recorded.

Why it is collected

The chapter uses this information to coordinate your requested visit, share meeting details, and follow up about that meeting. Submitting the visitor form is not a membership application.

Storage and access

Registrations are stored in the chapter website’s protected WordPress administration area and may be sent to the site administrator by email. Access should be limited to people coordinating BNI Dover visits. Information should be removed when it is no longer needed for that purpose.

Questions or removal requests

Ask the BNI Dover visitor host or a chapter representative to correct or remove a visitor registration.
